SEXUAL ABUSE BY PRIESTS CONSISTENT WITH KINSEYAN-BASED NATIONAL GUIDELINES FOR COMPREHENSIVE SEXUALITY EDUCATION

How refreshing and encouraging it is that the media has finally acknowledged a sexual perversion they consider to be abhorrent (sexual abuse of boys by priests) - and rightly so. As a parent, a Catholic, and former public school board member I was just as shocked and disappointed as everyone else. But to tell the truth why are we shocked? The mainstream media has ignored such sexual perversion taught as “normal” in some educational establishments.
Kinsey taught that there should be no age or relationship barriers to sex. Alfred Kinsey is known as the father of comprehensive sex education. The Kinsey Institute is based at Indiana University and its educational arm is called SIECUS (The Sex Information Education Council of the United States). Kinsey’s “research” on adult-child sex was obtained through men he knew to be pedophiles abusing infants and very young children resulting in Kinsey’s conclusion that “children are sexual from birth”. Video documentaries titled “The Children of Table 34” and “Secret History-Kinsey’s Pedophiles” unveil Kinsey’s illegal activities and information protected by Indiana University and its Kinsey Institute. Dr. Judith Reisman’s book Kinsey: Crime & Consequences states, “Kinsey reported, based on his findings: Human beings are bi-sexual; children are sexual and potentially orgasmic from birth; are unharmed by incest, adult/child sex, and often benefit thereby; There is no medical or other reason for adult-child sex or incest to be forbidden; All forms of sodomy are natural and healthy.” Kinsey came to the conclusion that any and all forms of sex were normal and that “Religious bigotry and prejudice forces people into chastity, heterosexuality and monogamy.” Kinsey’s fraudulent and illegal “research” resulted in a change of society’s attitude about what is acceptable sexual behavior.
SIECUS is the educational arm of the Kinsey Institute. Dr. Reisman’s book further states, “In 1964, the Sex Information and Education Council of the United States (SIECUS) was launched at the Kinsey Institute specifically to teach Kinseyan ideology as sex education… SIECUS’s new leader Dr. Mary Calderone, past Medical Director of Planned Parenthood, was the direct link between Kinsey’s university-based research, Planned Parenthood’s grassroots outreach, and SIECUS as a: ‘Resource Center [operating] Specialized Programs to Distribute Information about Human sexuality [through] learned journals, research studies, training materials for health professionals and sample classroom curricula.’”
SIECUS and Planned Parenthood promote Kinseyan-based comprehensive sex education K-12 through school districts all across this country. The purpose of SIECUS’s guidelines is to “provide a framework to create a new program or improve existing programs. They provide a starting point [emphasis is mine] for curriculum development at the local level, or may guide state policymakers and local school boards in evaluating existing or proposed programs.”
If you think your school district isn’t affected, consider this:
- The National Health Education Standards was developed by a committee of: the Association for the Advancement of Health Education, the American School Health Association and the American Public Health Association. Each is a member of SIECUS’s National Coalition to Support Sexuality Education and/or SIECUS’s National Guidelines Task Force (Planned Parenthood is also a member of SIECUS). Kinseyan-based SIECUS members WROTE the National Health Education Guidelines.
- Each state’s comprehensive school health education standards are approved by the U.S. Department of Education to ensure that state standards comply with national standards. No compliance-no money.
- Each local school district’s comprehensive health education standards are approved by the state as part of the local school district’s accreditation process to ensure that local standards comply with state standards. No compliance - no accreditation. No accreditation - no money.
Both as a parent and as a school board member I found some content of SIECUS’s Guidelines for Comprehensive Sexuality Education K-12 disturbing. On October 19, 1994 I wrote to the then president of the National School Board Association. Following is a portion of that letter that listed some of the quotes I found disturbing:
Pg. 11-Ages 5-8 - ‘Both girls and boys have body parts that feel good when touched.’
Pg. 15-Ages 9-12 - ‘Homosexual love relationships can be as fulfilling as heterosexual relationships.’
Pg. 47-Ages 12-15 - ‘All states, except Utah, allow minors to obtain contraception without parental consent.’
Pg. 5–Ages 15-18 - ‘Some people use erotic photographs, movies, or literature to enhance their sexual fantasies when alone or with a partner.’
Pg. 11–‘Key Concept 1: Human Development – Affirm one’s own sexual orientation and respect the sexual orientation of others.’
Pg. 16-‘Key Concept 1: Human Development – The telephone number of the gay and lesbian switchboard is 1-212-777-1800.’
Pg. 33-‘Key Concept 4: Sexual Behavior – Some common sexual behaviors…include… oral, vaginal, or anal intercourse.’
Pg. 39-‘Key Concept 5: Sexual Health – A legal abortion is very safe’
Pg. 48-‘Key Concept 6: Society & Culture – Some people continue to respect their religious teachings and traditions but believe that some views are not personally relevant.’
Pg. 49-‘Key Concept 6: Society & Culture – There is no evidence that erotic images in the arts cause inappropriate sexual behavior.’
‘…How does the NSBA [National School Board Association] view its affiliation with SIECUS and its Guidelines? Does the NSBA feel its association with SIECUS’ Guidelines is representative of school boards across the nation?”
The November 9, 1994 response from the National School Board Association’s then president stated:
“…The benefit of the guidelines is that they can stimulate broad-based community discussion and result in consensus about the scope of the school district’s sexuality education program that reflects community needs and values. Regarding the National Coalition, NSBA believes that the very diversity of the Coalition membership is beneficial because it enables the perspective of local school boards to be shared beyond the traditional education audience. You should be aware that member organizations determine on a case-by-case basis whether or not to support any specific actions or positions beyond the basic principles of the coalition.”
Since Kinsey’s “research” defines the priests’ behavior as normal and even beneficial, and the Comprehensive Sexuality Guidelines K-12 recommends teaching children “ages 9-12” that “Homosexual love relationships can be as fulfilling as heterosexual relationships”, we can expect a generation of adults trained by SIECUS and Planned Parenthood in comprehensive sex education to feel justified in similar sexual abuse. This is why the SIECUS Guidelines and its supporters (including Planned Parenthood) should be abolished from our schools.
What can we do to make a difference? Participate in the Child Protection Project. The Child Protection Project is a joint effort of Texas-based Life Dynamics and Priests for Life to support citizens in asking their local school boards to adopt policies that will protect children and school districts. Planned Parenthood has been documented to break the law by not reporting suspected sexual abuse. “In all 50 states, sexual activity with underage children is illegal.” Mandatory reporters (those working with children) are to report suspected abuse. Any minor requesting a pregnancy test, contraception or abortion is to be reported for investigation of possible sexual abuse since this is evidence enough of sexually activity with a minor. The scandal of our clergy has shown the consequences of accepting Kinsey’s “findings”. With the help of the media in communicating the awful truth about Kinsey’s fraudulent “findings” the world will hopefully become a safer place for children. By the light of Christ’s merciful forgiveness and obedience to His commands we can once again find the bearings by which to protect all children - and ourselves in the process.
